Architects & Builders
Savaria has recently learned that ThyssenKrupp Access will be closing it US operations. They will no longer be offering their products in North America and are not accepting any new orders effective August 23, 2012. TK Access has been a well-respected company in our industry and it is always sad news to hear of a business closure of this nature.
Savaria is providing information about comparable products so that architects, builders, contractors, home-owners, occupational therapists and other clients can more easily switch out any specified projects or upcoming projects to similar replacements from Savaria. We would also be pleased to provide personal assistance to help you make the proper selection.

As an architect or builder, Savaria can offer you many tools and information to make your job easier. More and more people need products to improve mobility and we are here to help you find the right ones for your projects.
Home elevators, once thought of as an over-the-top luxury, have become more common in recent years. Driven in part by technologies such as space-saving machine roomless elevators like the Savaria Eclipse and also by an aging population, a home elevator is considered to add value to your home.
Referred to as “design for a lifetime”, the addition of a home elevator removes the barrier of stairs, allowing people to stay in their home longer, or include an extended family in their home more easily.
In public buildings, accessibility is being addressed everywhere. Government and private businesses alike understand how important it has become to provide access to all. Savaria and its dealer network offers products to work in many different environments to ensure access that fits the architectural and building requirements.
Use the ARCAT spec wizard to write a Savaria specification in a few minutes! Now featuring BIM objects.
