Savaria Declares its Monthly Dividend

Laval, Quebec, April 23, 2018 – Savaria Corporation (TSX: SIS), one of North America’s leaders in the accessibility industry, declared on April 23 a dividend of 3 cents ($0.03) per common share, in accordance with its monthly dividend policy, payable on May 16, 2018 to shareholders of record of the Corporation at the close of business on May 2, 2018. This is an eligible dividend within the meaning of the Income Tax Act.
