Our Greenville, South Carolina factory has been making therapeutic surfaces for long-term care homes and hospitals for many years. With a sizable plot of land available, we’re excited to be expanding this facility to build more home elevators here. We started the project over a year ago for our popular Eclipse home elevator, and more recently we broke ground to add 50,000 square feet that will allow us to add even more production capacity and new machinery.

The market for home elevators is growing as more older adults look at both new homes with elevators, and renovations to add an elevator to an existing home so they can age in place. Townhouse builders are especially intrigued to add a home elevator to serve what is often a 4-level residence. Hauling luggage, your golf bag, groceries or laundry up the stairs isn’t fun for anyone, and a home elevator adds countless conveniences to everyday life. The new factory space is expected to be fully operational by the fall of 2026.
